THE RESERVE
The Lodge at Laurel Run is nestled on 140 private and picturesque acres in the Hocking Hills known as The Reserve. Our property is adjacent to the Wayne National Forest and offers visitors direct access to wildlife and nature.
Hike and explore the grounds on the miles of groomed hiking trails on our property, or visit the thousands of acres of the Wayne National Forest land next door. Bird watching is a very popular activity, and if you look closely, you’ll get to see a wide variety of woodland creatures in their natural habitats.
April through May is Morel Mushroom season at The Lodge at Laurel Run. During these spring months, our grounds are filled with these decadent and delicious mushrooms. Feel free to explore and hunt for these tasty treats.
